Machine function:
1.        Vertical structure, screen plate lift and drop perpendicularly, printing travel is left/right scratching.
2.        Adopt imported pneumatic components for the driver both at left and right sides.
3.        All directions adopt straight guider.
4.        Printing pressure adopt Taiwan cylinder for the control.
5.        Integrated circuit (single piece) control circuit.
6.        Printing T shape table adopt high hardness material, which can more from front to back, easy in operation.
7.        Three directions (X, Y and Z) fine adjustment are set in the printing table.
8.        Three modes are set for the program, including manual, half automatic, automatic, which will be set according to the production requirements.
9.        Be convenient in lifting plate of printing machine head, scraper/covering ink blade, loading & unloading and cleaning.
10.     The angle of scraper and covering ink blade is adjustable.
11.     Left and right screen arms are based on screen plate, convenient in adjustment.
