The integrated axle
The integrated axle is made of mild seamless pipe.Using our spinning skills of military industry,the pipe is wholly molded and its mechanical performence is dramatically increased after heat treatment. Thus it is low-weight,high-strengthened and has no internal stress.At the same time,its fatigue performance is quite high. All these merits make it a priority to match the trailers of a new generation. We can offer finish machining according to the requirements of our customers. Owing to the application of induction heating to the parts where the bearings are assembled,the weary and fatigue performance is efficiently enhanced.
The welded axle
The welded axle is made of mild alloy steel of high grade after 2000t press by cold press forming and then automatic submerged arc welding.Thus its performance is stable and can meet the requirements of various kinds of special trailers and is wildly used by many customers.
